Tom Bass K-9 Park (named after Thomas Hutcheson Bass for his extensive environmental efforts in the community) is divided into three sections; the dog park is in Section 1. The park is a beautiful, open grassy space with 4' fences separating it from the golf course and the rest of the park. The park has separate areas for large and small dogs, agility equipment, and a combination human/dog water fountain close to the entrance of the park.
Dog Park Rules

All dogs must be leashed when entering and leaving the park.

All dogs must have current rabies and all other vaccinations as required by the Harris County Public Health Department and should be healthy and free of all contagious diseases and parasites.

Dogs must wear current license tags in the park.

Never leave dogs unattended.

Dogs must be in view of and within voice control of their owners/handlers at all times.

Dog owners/handlers must carry a leash with them at all times while in the park.

Dog owners/handlers are responsible for picking up and disposing of all of their dogs' waste.

Dogs in heat are prohibited.

Dogs showing any signs of aggression must be leashed and immediately removed from the park.

Dogs under 4 months of age are not allowed.

All dogs must be under the control of an adult and there is a limit of 2 dogs per adult in the park at any time.

No food or drink (dog or human) allowed in the park.

No bicycles, skateboards, rollerblades or any motorized vehicles allowed.
