The Spay-Neuter Assistance Program exists to stop the destruction of healthy dogs and cats by increasing the availability and use of animal sterilization services. SNAP MISSION: To prevent the suffering and death of cats and dogs due to overpopulation and preventable diseases, especially in low-income areas.
