Kitty Hollow Bark Park is located inside Kitty Hollow Park, across from Sienna Plantation.  Fort Bend County's first off-leash dog park, it was established in 2013.

Currently the water supply for the park is supported by a struggling well system that supports the ponds, dog shower and bathroom facilities in the park. The County is presently in the process of running new water lines to better support the growing needs of the park and its amenities which include the Dog Park. Once the water lines are in place water fountains will be installed and perhaps restrooms to replace the portapotties.
